Our tips
Into the mountains
If you want to head into the mountains, the easiest option is to make your way to Karpacz, from where numerous hiking trails and paths lead up into the Karkonosze Mountains.
Winter without compromise
When the landscape is covered in snow, it is time for skiing in Karpacz or Szklarska Poręba. And after a day on the slopes, there is no need to plan anything else: simply sink into 40 °C thermal water as darkness falls outside and the mountain frost settles overhead.
Gems instead of creams
Ukojenie Spa & Wellness also builds its offering around Gemology cosmetics and natural oligotherapy. Treatments use trace elements from more than twenty precious and semi-precious stones, from sapphire and amethyst to jade and ruby.
Three waterfalls
The Karkonosze Mountains are home to several iconic places worth visiting, including three well-known waterfalls on the Polish side of the mountains.
Dolina Pałaców i Ogrodów
The area around Jelenia Góra is home to a remarkable concentration of castles, palaces and historic estates. Set out to explore the Valley of Palaces and Gardens and combine your trip with a stroll through the historic centre of Jelenia Góra.
Duszek Gór for children
Younger guests can enjoy the Duszek Gór Kids’ Club, a playroom with PS5 consoles, a children’s pool and, on selected dates, animations and themed games. The Szczyt Smaku restaurant also offers a children’s menu and high chairs for little ones.
