Our tips
Adventures of all kinds
From the cottages, you can set out directly on hikes to Śnieżnik, Mały Śnieżnik, or Trójmorski Wierch. The surrounding mountains are perfect for long walks, trail running, and cycling. Thanks to the location away from the main tourist centres, you can often experience a surprisingly deep sense of peace.
Slow, slow, slow
If you truly want to embrace the spirit of Slow Huts, simply stay right where you are. Stretch out in a hammock between the trees, enjoy your morning coffee with a book on the terrace, and spend the evening by the fire under the stars until only glowing embers remain. Better than many wellness retreats.
Forest playground
Children and adults alike will love the forest playground with a mud kitchen, climbing trees, swings, a slide, stepping stumps, and a suspended tunnel. There is also a badminton court (including a smaller version for little ones), a slackline for balance training, and a barefoot sensory trail.
Winter magic
In winter, the area becomes a paradise for ski touring, snowshoeing, and anyone seeking authentic mountain tranquillity. Slow Huts even has its own hill for sledging, and the access road transforms into a true mountain adventure during the colder months – snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle may come in handy.
Local breakfast treats
Skip the trip to Biedronka this time – the owners can prepare a basket full of local delicacies on request. A better breakfast would be hard to imagine.
Cycling deeper into the mountains
The cottages also offer bike storage and a bike-wash station, along with MTB gear such as spare inner tubes, maps of local routes, and even energy bars. MTB and gravel trails start right from the property, and if you would like to explore the area with someone who knows the mountains well, the owners can arrange a guided cycling trip for you.
