Our story
Welcome to Hotel Savorsky, which combines the history of the royal city of Jihlava with modern comfort. Our house, whose roots date back to the 13th century, is a witness to ancient times and stories. After a careful renovation that respects its historical character, we have preserved its unique character while equipping it with modern features for your maximum comfort.
We are two passionate co-owners who have breathed new life into this historic home. One brings a wealth of experience from prestigious hotels in London and Dubai, which has enabled us to create an environment that combines international quality standards with warm Czech hospitality. The other has many years of experience in the business and always strives to achieve set goals with the utmost care and commitment.
Our vision is simple - we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed, which we strive to achieve through our meticulous approach and attention to detail. Each room in our hotel is uniquely designed by a renowned Italian design studio, ensuring an unforgettable accommodation experience. In addition, the hotel's ground floor is home to the only non-Prague branch of the IPPA café, where you can indulge in premium breakfasts and delicious pastries of the highest standard.
Why Savorsky?
The name of our hotel, Savorsky, carries a deep historical meaning that we discovered during the recent renovation of the building. During this painstaking renovation, we came across references to a prominent 17th century owner of the site, Emanuel Savorsky, who ran an inn in the building.
Emanuel Savorsky was not only the owner, but also the soul of the place. His name has become synonymous with warmth and care for guests, which we have decided to revive in our modern hotel.
The Savorsky Hotel is not just a place to stay, but a continuation of the tradition of hospitality that Emanuel Savorsky started here many centuries ago. In this way, we pay tribute to history while offering our guests an unforgettable experience that combines the legacy of the past with the quality service of today.
