The Silovský family hospitality tradition goes back to 1872, when the family rebuilt the local pub from the 17th century and started the innkeeper tradition in the village of Soběsuky near Plzeň. Since 2004, the well-known steak restaurant offers highest quality beef from their own eco farm. Once you taste the delicious food from natural ingredients, you will understand why the Angusfarm restaurant is in the TOP 100 Maurer Choice Grand Restaurant 2013.
The restaurant has a beautiful country charm with a wooden interior and a fireplace where you can enjoy steaks and other beef specialties from the Aberdeen Angus meat. You can see the cattle grazing on the surrounding meadows. Every day they bring in fresh ingredients and supplies from neighboring farmers, but also from breeders and growers from France, Italy or Germany. The restaurant has a capacity of 55 seats and a summer terrace for 16 people who can do either.

Angusfarm is a place to meet with friends over delicious food. It is also ideal for romantic evenings for two. Treat yourself to a top quality steak prepared many different ways on a natural grill. Local chefs follow the “rule” from the snout to the tail, so you can taste all parts of the animal, including smoked meat. They are also famous for their tartars and pastries. In their pantry one can find all home made honey, syrups or marmalades from the local harvest. And if you wish to try something back home, they will seal mature beef for you to take home with you.
