When the owners bought the dilapidated house with the garden, no-one understood why. But they didn't give up, rebuilt the hundred-year-old house in a tasteful and careful way, including the barn and the garden with two huge walnut trees. And that's how this amazing holiday place near Prague was created.

The house has six bedrooms, a huge living area with an entrance to the beautiful, full-grown garden with bushes and herbs climbing along the old stone wall. Everything is ready for the guests. The house has two storeys and three bathrooms in the main part. Most bedrooms have a view of greenery. The exterior blinds guarantee an undisturbed peace and quiet.

Trips

Being so close to Prague calls for many trips and a lot of fun. The house is close to the famous Karlštejn Castle you can easily walk to, as well as the famous Amerika quarry, only three kilometres away.

Adventure on the golf course

There isn't anything more strategic than this place - it takes five minutes to get to Albatross where European tournaments take place regularly, five minutes to Karlštejn, another top golf course, and a bit further to the beautiful private Beroun golf course.

Brdy within reach

The more active guests can visit the nearby Brdy Mountains with hundreds of kilometres of cycling trails, also great for picking mushrooms.

Relaxation in the garden

We definitely recommend taking the opportunity of the outdoor grill and seating, ideally after a trip, a visit to the pool or sauna. It helps with the appetite. You can pick wood strawberries, aronia or snowy mespilus in the garden.
