Ateliéry Nad Závozom were created out of the need to make a place with a clear point of view. On architecture, on the landscape, and on the way we rest. On the hillside of former vineyards above the village of Hrušov stand buildings clad in dark charred wood that naturally blend into the surrounding scenery. Minimalist lines, open views into the valley, and an emphasis on peace give this place its distinctive character. The ateliers thus naturally serve as a creative retreat for artists, designers, architects, and anyone who needs to slow down for a few days.

The place includes two separate apartments: the more intimate Pracovna, ideal for two, and the larger Ateliér, suitable for a family or a smaller group of friends. The interiors work with natural materials, clean design, and a functional use of space. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette, a quality workspace, and private terraces overlooking the landscape. In season, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool that naturally connects the whole property.
