Thoughtful renovation
The owners’ vision was clear: “save the old house.” And so they did. They took on the project themselves and now you can admire their handiwork.
Burrow room
This forest-themed room offers a unique sleep among the original half-timbered walls of the old 19th century structure, where the clay plaster walls are coated with glass paint, an homage to this glass-making tradition of this region. New double-paned wood-trimmed windows (created faithfully according to the originals) keep out the cold and noise.
Swimming around the corner
Across from the cottage, just past the rocky promotory, is the local outdoor swimming pool, recently renovated. Beer and snacks are for purchase, perfect for a poolside break.
Eco-friendly
The owners’ try to use only local materials and give preference to local products and services. At Cimra Bude, recycling is a matter of course. The owner’s advocate the theory and practice of slow tourism, and we can only applaud!
Euphoria room
This starry room will tickle your senses and play into your dreams. After the last street lamps go dark at midnight and night falls over the Preškava valley, this room will revel its secrets. Facing the sandstone rock above the cottage and slope of rich vegetation, this room provides a sense of safety and rest.
